5TH ASPBM SYMPOSIUM 2019 TOKYO

Welcome Address

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

On behalf of the organizing committee of the Asian Pacific Society for Patient Blood Management (ASPBM), it is my privilege to invite all of you to the 5th ASPBM Symposium 2019, which is to be held for the first time here in Tokyo, as part of the international Patient Blood Management (PBM) conference. There has been a perceived need for ensuring patient health care, when at the same time saving our medical resources. PBM has been formed with the goal of improving and maintaining a patients’ health outcome by conserving their blood and restricting allogeneic blood use. The theme of this ASPBM Symposium is “Expanding Frontiers”. We all know how across the board, medical invention and its development has always been around us. We sincerely hope you will be able to participate in this exciting event and share your expertise with our audience in Asia, and particularly here in Japan.
We look forward to seeing you all in Tokyo.

Date and Time: Saturday, October 12th, 2019. From 8:45 (8:25 Registration) to 17:30
Venue: Ito Hall, Ito International Research Center, Tokyo University, Hongo, Tokyo
